We have a fully automated electrostatic painting or powder coating plant to create a thicker layer of paint rather than conventional painting process with a more efficient outcome in less time. This Process allows superior protection of the surface against corrosion, We offer a wide variety of custom colors and from Matte to Gloss finishes.
Anodizing is an artificial oxidizing process on the metal, through an Electrochemical charge that creates a thick layer of natural oxide. This achieves complete protection against corrosion and abrasion. The aluminum finish looks as a smooth natural color and with certain additives in the process, it can be offered in a variety of colors.

Stäk Aluminum protects our customers private information, patents and designs with strict due diligence. Their designs and die moldings are unique and are private property of the customers.
The lead times of each order can vary, depending on the design, the die molding, the type of profile to be extruded, the surface finish and quantities, but can range between 30 to 60 days once approved the orders, and having the moldings on stock.
